Our process
From the first site visit to the first generated unit
Seven stages. At every one of them you know what is happening, who is doing it and roughly how long it takes.
-
STEP 01
Site Survey
Day 1 - 2We visit your site, measure shadow-free roof area, check the structure and study twelve months of electricity bills.
-
STEP 02
System Design
Day 3 - 5Capacity, string layout, cable routing and structure are engineered around your actual load profile.
-
STEP 03
Proposal
Day 5 - 7A written proposal with system size, component make, generation estimate, cost and payback - no hidden line items.
-
STEP 04
Installation
Week 2 - 4Structure, modules, inverter, cabling and earthing are installed by our own team, not a subcontractor.
-
STEP 05
Testing
1 - 2 daysInsulation resistance, earthing continuity, string voltage and inverter parameters are all tested and recorded.
-
STEP 06
Commissioning
2 - 4 weeksNet-meter installation, DISCOM inspection and grid synchronisation are completed and handed over.
-
STEP 07
Maintenance
OngoingScheduled panel cleaning, performance review and remote monitoring for the life of the system.
What you actually receive
No verbal promises. Everything that matters is handed over on paper, and the DISCOM paperwork is ours to chase, not yours.
Written proposal
System size, component makes, generation estimate, cost and payback - itemised.
Design drawings
Panel layout, string diagram and structure drawing for your roof.
Test reports
Insulation resistance, earthing and string measurements, recorded and signed.
Warranty documents
Manufacturer warranties for panels, inverter and structure, in your name.
